At Learning Pathways, our team of Educators we are in constant reflection and in conversation with each other about our Centre philosophy. It is what guides us, drives us and it is our yard stick for decision making and our pedagogical approach. These initial philosophy declarations were created by our Educators before we opened. These will further evolve over time to deepen and reflect our unique community.

-We believe children have the right to be seen and heard within the community
